Fixed Full-Arch Treatments With All-on-4®

All-on-4® is one of the most economical implant-supported fixed solutions for replacing all teeth in one jaw, and it can also be part of restoring both jaws when appropriate. Unlike traditional dentures or snap-in options, this restoration is not removable by the patient and is designed to stay securely attached. Many patients prefer All-on-4® because it feels more stable, functions more like natural teeth, and eliminates the need for adhesives or nightly removal.

In most cases, a fixed temporary set of teeth can be attached the same day as implant placement. If there are specific concerns related to bone support, healing, or medical factors, those details are discussed in advance so you clearly understand your timeline before treatment begins. Every case is carefully planned using advanced imaging and digital mapping to support long-term stability, comfort, and function.

Advanced Options for Severe Upper Jaw Bone Loss

Not every patient has enough upper jawbone to support traditional implants. Long-term denture wear, periodontal disease, or previous failed grafting can reduce bone volume and make standard implant placement more challenging. For these complex cases, advanced implant solutions may allow patients to move forward with fixed treatment when other offices have said it is not possible.

Zygomatic and pterygoid implants are designed to anchor into dense bone areas beyond the upper jaw, providing strong support for a fixed full-arch restoration. These techniques are carefully planned using advanced 3D imaging and are typically considered when conventional implant placement is not ideal.

May Reduce the Need for Bone Grafting

These implants can anchor into dense bone areas, which may help some patients avoid sinus lifts or extensive grafting.

Fixed Teeth Options, Faster

For many qualified patients, a fixed temporary arch may be placed the same day as surgery.

Added Stability in Complex Upper Jaw Cases

Zygomatic and pterygoid anchorage can provide strong support when upper jaw bone volume is limited.

A Solution When Traditional Implants May Not Work

These are designed for patients with severe upper jaw bone loss or those who might not be candidates for standard implant placement.

Many patients are told they do not have enough upper jawbone for dental implants, especially after long-term denture use, periodontal disease, or failed grafting. Zygomatic and pterygoid implants are designed for these complex cases. Instead of relying on weak or missing bone, these implants can anchor into dense bone areas that offer strong support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is benefit of one doctor for complete care?

Multi-doctor practices can work, but not all systems are set up the same. As an implant-focused specialty center, we often see patients who were treated elsewhere and experienced frustration when responsibilities were split between multiple providers. Patients may hear conflicting explanations such as, “the implants were not placed in the ideal position,” or “the restoration design did not account for bite forces,” or “the lab work did not fit or look right.”

With one doctor overseeing the process and an in-office lab supporting treatment, there is clearer accountability and coordination from planning through final restoration. There is no “blame game.” The responsibility for your outcome stays with Dr. Ward.

  • What types of dental implant services are offered?

Care focuses exclusively on dental implant solutions, including single-tooth implants, All-on-4® full-arch replacements, and full mouth dental implants. Each option is designed to restore function, comfort, and long-term stability based on individual needs.

  • Do you offer All-on-4® dental implants?

Yes. All-on-4® dental implants are offered for patients missing most or all teeth in an arch. This approach uses a strategic number of implants to support a full set of fixed teeth and can reduce treatment time while improving stability and function.

  • What are full mouth dental implants?

Full mouth dental implants replace all missing teeth in the upper, lower, or both arches. Treatment is carefully planned to restore balance, bite function, and comfort using implant-supported restorations designed for long-term use.

  • Are single-tooth and multiple-tooth implants available?

Yes. Single and multiple dental implants are available for patients missing one or several teeth. Implants are used to support individual crowns or bridges without affecting surrounding natural teeth.

  • Is the implant process handled in one location?

The entire implant process is coordinated from planning through final restoration using advanced imaging, surgical placement, and restoration support. This allows for consistent communication and streamlined care throughout treatment.

  • What if I have been told I am not a candidate for implants?

Many patients who were previously told they were not candidates may still have options. A personalized evaluation helps determine whether alternative implant approaches or preparatory treatments can support successful placement.

  • How long do dental implants last?

With proper care and maintenance, dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution. Routine oral hygiene and regular checkups help support their durability and performance.
